建议收集与之相关部门领导和相关工作人员历年的贪污腐败证据,生活作风有问题的证据,然后向司法机关,党政部门,各种媒体投递证据,还有就是以每个单元为一个小组,成立保卫家园的团体,利用单元通道狭窄打伏击,方法是在一楼某家人集合埋伏,待两三个社会混混进入单元3楼以上后,封闭单元门,并报警抓坏人,然后一起上,将该混混往消灭战斗力的方式攻击,最好向消灭小日本那样,这样治标治本,既消灭了直接的坏人,又打掉了保护伞.

2010年1月22日，成都市锦江区东南苑小区再次上演了 “唐福珍自焚拆迁事件”。
成都市二环路东五段222号东南苑小区建于2001年，属商品房，目前该地段非常繁华，周围已建成4个上万住户的高档小区，同时马路对面就是成都最繁华的万达商业广场，小区百姓安居乐业。但自2009年10月起突然被人通知要被拆迁，接着小区内经常有挂着牌子的拆迁办人员进出小区，骚扰住户，同时在2010年1月小区物管受到拆迁办施压而撤离，这时拆迁办人员每日白天、黑夜肆无忌惮的进出小区骚扰住户。终于在2010年1月22日晚上23点左右，暴力的拆迁者，终于撕破丑恶的脸皮，口口声声打着“政府“的旗号，再次在成都上演了血腥、恐怖的暴力拆迁事件，其在现场制造的暴力行为，让人触目惊心，其无视执法者、嚣张的气焰，让人不寒而栗。
当晚19：00许，暴力拆迁者再次进入东南苑小区，挨家挨户骚扰住户，与业主发生争执，小区业主打了3次110电话，警察赶到现场维持秩序，并三次又离开；但拆迁办的人员始终在小区门口周围没有离开，小区业主看到恐怖就在眼前无法解决，看到安全持续得不到保障，向110民警执法人员提出需求，希望警察们能保证小区业主安全，希望尽快开通安装在我们小区门口的天网。
但大约在晚22：30分左右，当警察告诉我们有事就拨110并第3次离开后， 30余名暴力拆迁者再次闯入了小区，大吵大闹，与业主再起争执，业主强烈要求拆迁者离开小区，不要深夜骚扰小区住户休息，这时近20名20多岁的身强力壮的暴力拆迁者将其中一业主拖出大门在二环路当街路上一顿暴打，对倒在地上的业主仍然拳打脚踢，现场场面恐怖、暴力，其被打业主妻子看到如此惊恐的场面已被吓得晕倒在地，当另外2名业主试图上前客气阻拦时又被这帮人群殴，三名业主被打在地上动弹不得，其中1名业主身上、衣服上全是鲜血，这些暴力的拆迁人员更是恐吓现场的业主，谁不听话就是这样的下场，这时另一部分暴力拆迁者再次进入小区内，大声喧哗，要屋内的业主全部下楼，大家在自己家里担惊受怕而又无助，恐怖的氛围一直围绕着他们。大约15分钟后110执法者再次赶到，120急救车赶到，将三位业主送往成都解放军452医院（原空军医院）；据23日打听到消息，由于伤势严重，昨晚其中一名业主已被送往重症监护室进行抢救。在110民警再次来到现场维持治安情况下，拆迁人员30余人继续逗留在小区，乱砸小区业主的汽车，对车辆拳打脚踢，导致汽车车门等严重变损坏，对110民警的劝告熟视无睹，当一名执法警察制止一名拆迁人员暴力活动时，周围10多名暴力拆迁者围至这名警察，在另一名警察掏枪示警后散开。
现在物管被他们逼走了、110民警也不能随时到场、到场时也只能维持一段时间不出现暴力现象，小区100余户居民生活在威胁、恐惧而又无助、无奈当中，每天都任凭几十个暴力拆迁者进出小区、跟踪恐吓小区业主、锹坏小区的铁门、随意拔掉住户水、电开关，闯入住户家里强行要求签字等暴行；他们的人生安全、财产安全没有任何保障。然尔目前却没有任何政府部门、宣传单位、社会团体来关注他们所面临的危难，他们每一天都生活在恐惧、无助当中。在此，我们呼吁相关政府单位、社会各界赶紧都来关注此事，关注住在这里无助的100余户居民，呼吁各方媒体前来采访此事，真实报道现场，保护他们弱势群体，他们希望自己的生命有保障，他们希望生活在安定、和谐的环境，他们希望正义之士赶紧到来。如果再没有获得帮助，当小区业主再次被避上绝路时，也许将再次出现自2009年成都“唐福珍”拆迁自焚事件后中国拆迁变革中的又一个悲惨的事件。
谁来保护她们的家园？谁来关心她们的安全？她们很无助！她们不想成为“唐福珍”！
